Shipping policy
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. All orders include free standard shipping — no minimums, no catches.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times (after processing)
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during holidays, sales events, or due to customs processing.
Multiple parcels We work with a small network of suppliers, so items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra — it just means your order might land in two or three separate deliveries.
Customs, duties & taxes Orders shipping within the EU and within the US generally don't incur extra fees. For cross-border orders (for example, EU-sourced items shipping to the US, or UK orders), any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.
