Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email steve.n.co2026@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Once we confirm it, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — and in most cases you won't need to return the item. No complicated process, no return-shipping hassle.
Changed your mind We get it. If you'd like to return an item for any reason, let us know within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. For some items, we may issue a refund without asking you to send anything back — we'll let you know.
Once we confirm the return (or tell you no return is needed), we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Items we can't accept back For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on used pee pads, used grooming or hygiene items, or personalised/custom products.
Refund timing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Cancellations Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll usually catch it before it ships. After that, you're welcome to return it once it arrives.
